Grant: Non‑exclusive license to use the included audio files (the “Samples”) in unlimited personal and commercial music compositions and audiovisual projects, subject to the clearance requirement below.

Allowed: Modify, process, and include the Samples in your original works, releases, streams, performances, films, podcasts, games.

Clearance for Releases & Monetization (Required): Before releasing or monetizing any work that incorporates the Samples, you must obtain written clearance from UNHEARD SUPPLY CO. This applies to, without limitation: streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal), download stores (e.g., iTunes, Bandcamp), YouTube (including Content ID/monetized uploads), social monetization features, sync libraries, advertisements, games, and film/TV.

  • How to request clearance: Email support@unheardsupply.co with: track/demo link, track title, artist name(s), intended release date/platforms, label/publisher (if any), and which Samples were used.

  • Turnaround & terms: We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Clearance may be granted at no charge for independent releases or may include a fee and/or revenue share for broader commercial use; terms provided in writing. Until written clearance is granted, you may not release, distribute, or monetize works containing the Samples.

  • Content ID / Fingerprinting: Do not enroll tracks containing the Samples in any fingerprinting/Content ID system unless/until clearance has been granted.

Not allowed:

  • Resell, share, upload, or redistribute the raw files (individual samples/loops) in any form.

  • Use the files to create or distribute another sample pack, preset pack, or soundware product.

  • Train AI/sample libraries with the raw files without explicit written permission.
